Consumer Perception of RFID in Japan

Gartner Japan unveiled their research on consumer perception of retail RFID in Japan and in the U.S. According to the report, American consumers expect improved services such as better product availability and easy product return, whereas Japanese consumers expect time saving benefits like fast checkout.
674 Japanese and 1000 American consumers participated in this research.
